first impressions:
BAD:
-bad slider.I find it loose-personally
-slow!
-uncomfortable keypad for me, personally
-unbalanced to work with it with my right hand only
-Plastic cheap battery cover
GOOD:
_I'd say a Better sound than my w980
-Beautiful, delicious color
-Nice screen, same as w910
-4gb included
I'm selling it as soon as I can, if yopu don't have w980, get it.Otherwise.....

really. thats weird. mine is solid as a rock. does not move any where.
slow? mine defo isnt. fast, very fast actually.
is your phone branded?
i agree about the battery cover though. could be a bit stronger. i like they keypad on it too. each to their own i guess.
sound quality very good too imo.

Talking about model I had touch n' play
Slide is real sturdy didn't wobbly a t all
Slow? I don't think so this one is quite fast among recent  phones
Bettery cover quite agreed with you but not bad imo~
Same sound quality no see different this department... |

I opened it and turned it on...
abd rhe skider is not sturdy (left corner) from the very first second...wobbly.I guess is my personal "torture" to ge the woest slider in every model.
Desperating.
And, the manuf.week is 09w9
Nobody seems interested to buy it, so disappointed |

Oh wow nice luck. Kind of like mine with the W760. Anyway i tried it at a store. That slider is really strong and locks in place. Speed is really fast and all. The battery cover altough a bit weak has a nice feel to it. |

Re-Update the firmware before making any decisions, or take it back and demand a new one. It cant be that bad.

i suggest you to upgrade it with SEUS. if you dont see any improvement, sell it.

strange that your firmware was the old one.
mine was 09w08 build. but had newest firmware. and yes, its really fast.
maybe take it back if your slider is bad

maybe that online shop get boxes before new FW release and they can't open those box to update.
