I have a problem with connecting my C902 to windows via the USB cable.

When i connect the phone, i get an error message saying the usb device has not been recognised, at other times it says the device has malfunctioned.

This happens when i connect using phone mode and mass storage mode; i thought it might have been a problem with the vista drivers, but it also happens on windows 7.

I recently updated to R3EA037, and the phone worked perfectly when i connected to either operating system following the firmware upgrade, but now it doesnt.
I can access the phone okay using bluetooth, but i would prefer USB connectivity as I use it quite often as a modem.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Thanks
