Okay so I got a weird email today, and when you read it you'll know why I decided to post it here.
Anyone else got anything like this?

I had someone skype me the other day saying something very similar. When I queryied it with the IS department, they advised me against it.

Its probably a spam bot that says the site it finds your email on.

Nah, if you want, just set esato to not show your email, then only laffen can see it
Edit: and make your msn address without an @ symbol

It is almost for certain a human sending this email to you. Collecting Esato member email addresses is not very easy to do.
- The Esato registration process now requires verification of a Captcha image
- The registration email address must be valid because:
- New members must click on a link in the welcome email to be activated and therefore able to post
- Only signed in members will have access to the member list page
- Members must activate the "Allow other users to view my Email Address" to have their email address listed on the member page or profile page
- The email address is not listed as plain text. It is printed out by a javascript function, making it impossible for robots to collect.
