I used them ONCE and they are faulty, sound plastic and everything said on the radio is to bass'y. They go quiet and loud every other second, and these errors have caused the most boring week doing a paper round I have EVER DONE!
How do I claim on my warrenty?

Take your recipt and your phone back to where you bought it.
Edit: and take the headphones also.

Sell it and get another brand mate, arent you the same person who had already had 2-3 W595s with problems? I say sell it,get a Samsung i450 or something.

Yeh it was me, but somehow, after now having 3, it's growing on me lol.
I'm actually waiting for something else to come out by
