i am a uiq lover and i have one question, can uiq return? or can uiq os return by symbian foundation?

I doubt very much that they would make a comeback. Who would use the OS? There's no one left to even work on UIQ,they've either been incorporated into SF or retrenched.They could have have reinvented themselves like Palm when they were still alive. Come to think of it they actually were reinventing themselves with that new touch UI before being swallowed by SF.

Heh, UIQ was great. Had such good and big potential. Apps were also great, but sadly it's story is over.

UIQ is dead, but SE can give its SF OS some UI inspiration from it.

my guess is NO.
It would be really really hard to have a comeback from a project that is now generally regarded to as "Dead".
I think SE will now concentrate on developing whatever OS that Idou is running on.
(for all we know it may just be a new uiq, but they wont dare call it uiq4) |
