Hi!
I want to remove unwanted email addresses from my Outlook 2007.
When I write an email and want to choose who it is sent to, I begin to type a name for example,
A n d y
As soon as I type A, the drop down list shows me all of the potential 'A's and as I add the 'n' It shows me all the potential An...
I can see in the list, old names where the email address is no longer active..
I want to know how to get rid of those.
They are not in my Outlook Contacts list ! The unwanted email addresses are from people who sent me mail and no longer use that particular email address.
Hope I am making myself clear !
