K850i Keypad Random Select |

Hi All,
I currently have a K850i sat on my desk due to this keypad problem where the phone thinks the touch buttons are being pressed when there not like when i go to use the message shortcut key on the D-Pad it will select one of the touch buttons (usually 'back' key)
Can anyone shed some light on this, do i need a new keypad membrane or does the fault lie deeper?

I had this problem twice..
My touch-screen started clicking randomly, but it also stopped after a a few days..
I took it to the center the second time and they replaced my screen and keyboard, i am not sure if this helps you out |
