Right well i have a HP office jet 6110, just changed the black ink because it was out, there was still come color in. Tried printing and the colors were a bit funny so i put a new color ink cartridge in. Still the same problem.
It also keep telling me to 'press enter to Align Print Cartridges', i have done this a few times and it keep displaying it on the small display.
Going to try and scan in the self test report so you can see what i mean ... |

have you cleaned any print heads?

Do you mean by using the printer menu in maintenance? If so then yes i have and still no luck. if there is some other way to clean printer heads then no i haven't, how would i do that? |
