Well, you wouldn't count this under "slight reality loss"?

that's quite true, actually. it seems that many of both SE and nokia phones suffer from leprosy and AIDS.

Ah well. STFU & GTFO yourself then.

the title needs to be changed to "Which sony ericsson will manage to escape the Hall of Shame" to reflect reality and the overall user experience

TOTALY agree.

owned T610, K800i, W890i.

someone said T610, i disagree, it's a basic phone with great features (for the time), ran over it with a fork-lift truck & only needed to replace the screen (simple replacement).

K800i, great camera & functions, but plasticcy, horrible lense cover (which broke), software failures.

W890i, great 'fashion' phone, great functions, okish camera, but antenna / fastport in the wrong place.

overall i say most SE phones will end up in hall of shame because none of them are perfect (imo) & new ones just correct old mistakes (& make some new ones).

Disagree completely!

Brightspark has it in for SE that I find almost all of his post unrealistic. I hate what SE has become but that doesn't mean all their stuff is bad. I have a problem with people who simply hate blindly!

its because they are rubbish, and they screw over the customer by making subpar quality phones with CONSISTENT reliability issues, yet charging high prices for tat. it's amazing, but sad, what marketing can do and how ignorant the customer can be.

it is not hate, and it's far from blind.

i would ask you if you wanted to see a real blind person, but it's a great shame that you can't see the mirror.

I think its shameful cos far eastern brands such as Samsung and LG have raced ahead in terms of tech and reliability. Why? Its crazy even Nokia are in my opinion more reliable than SE. With the advance of technology things like the basics and reliability have taken a back seat.

@Brightspark

Wow! Me blind? You obviously haven't read a lot of my post wherein I blast SE.
Like I always say, give credit where it is due. I don't like Samsung but I feel they are doing great and the INNOV8 is yet to be bettered as a 'complete' package. SE has been on a downward spiral, yes, but not all their products are what you claim they are.
My point is you constantly hammer SE, sometimes unnecessarily, that you come across as some anti-SE someone who is a fan of another manufacturer. I'm no fan of any manufacturer and I won't stoop to a level of claiming, for example, Nokia is crap almost every single time without objectively looking at the situation.
