My w910 switches itself off randomly, up to 4 times a day! It has never been dropped before. Is this due to a faulty battery? Btw my w910 is very new. |

Could be or bad contacts to the battery. Anyway seeing as its new, take it back for a replacement.

I just found out the cause is my faulty sim card. The phone will reboot and show "Insert sim". So it's the sim card problem and not the phone. I'll get it replaced soon. |

better check if another sim card works if not, its on the phone.
