My friend has the K310i, but it is broken.

When you turn it on, the screen just display full black color with a backlight. You can't do anything with it. When you turn it off, it will turn off like normal.

Do you know how to fix it? By flashing it? Or it's broken completely?

There's a few things you can try...
1. Update by SEUS
2. Full re-flash (install new firmware)
If you will not fix anything - it seems problems are hardware...

It may be software, but also a hardware related issue aswell. To make sure that your software is OK, up to date and running well you can reflash the phone's firmware. You have the flashing tutorial here:

and you can find firmware files from www.4shared.com...

I hope this helps you fix the phones of your friend.
