You should be able to do this from MyPhoneExplorer

Connect with MyPhoneExplorer, under the Contacts section choose SIM or Phone. Then go to Extra > Current List > Open with .. Word,Excel, Save as HTML.
Choose which one you prefer and then print the contacts out. |

Yes you can do it with MyPhoneExplorer, first select all Contacts Hold CTRL+A, then right click on contacts>PRINT as its showed on picture:
