Hi! My wife bought a lg kp500 "cookie" I said "Thats lg ,stay away" but she have fallen in love. After a week the mic stopped work.So ivè broven right. She got a new one(clamed DOA).But couldnt trust the little bisquit,so she got my old Nokia 6500s and is happy. And the little "cookie " ended up in my pocket,And im starting to get fond of it.It had worked verry well so far.Only one restart whith an java application going and empty battery. So Whats your oppinions and experiance of the little thing.A couple of fotos taken with it.

Yes. what could one expect from a cam as big as a front tooth. But they are crappy indoor.I´ve laid up some more in the lg photo section here at esato. Here a foto at the device it self with iphone wallpaper.

Okay! Here I am again.Just to report that google maps dosen`t work any longer.I have tried 10 or more java apps, and no one is working. As I understand from other treads ,it sems to be an Lg problem. Are they like Ipone and Apple that they dont want any third party apps,or are they just inkompetent.

Might be worth updating your firmware to resolve the restart issues. I think 10n is the latest fw and it is pretty easy to do yourself (pm for details).
For the price I think it's a great little touch screen phone.

I give up with LG as i have had 3 of their phones and all they ever do is constantly restart unlike no other phones i ever owned. I had a Viewty which was with latest software and its been out bloody ages but still it constantly restarted. Rubbish LG are.

got the silver version and its a fantastic little phone. very light and slim too. touchscreen is really easy to use, no problems at all and i hardly use the stylus. it has latest firmware already installed and more up to date than the kp500 versions(official name orange gave it was kp501). not sure how different they are think its just small differences like outer case and buttons etc.

So far, LG KP500 works well on me. Everything's fine for it's very light and easy to use...even my children loved to explore on its very user-friendly features...

SUPERB!
