Saved Messages on SIM |

Hi all, looking for some urgent help here. Im changing operator today after being with my current one for ages, and I have some messages that I have stored to my SIM over the past 4 years that are very important to me. At some point today my number will be ported to the new operator and the old SIM becomes useless.
I desperatly want to back these messages up on my phone (c905) or onto the m2 card. I go into Messaging, Manage Messages, Saved Messages, Options, Move To.. and memory card and phone are both greyed out! The best ive managed so far is to forward the messages to myself again so they are now on the phone, but then I loose the original date and senders name.
Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated, and apologies if this is the wrong forum to ask this on.
Thanks |

There is a pc application called MyPhoneExplorer you can download from www.fjsoft.at. Install it and use it to load your messages, they will appear in 'Saved items'. Now you can switch SIM card. Load MyPhoneExplorer and refresh the messages. I think will be moved to Archive.
You can copy them to your phone now.

I'm going on vacation soon. I may have to buy another SIM card. Do you mean if I change SIM card on my W910, my messages will not be deleted? (I remember when I did that on my old T610 all my message and contacts were deleted) |

I want to backup the Call Records. I looked for it inside the filesystem but I couldn't find it. Where is it stored? |
