I recieved a letter today from NCO europe a debt collector company which stated that i owed £71.43 to them for an outstanding paypal balance.. this balance was on an old paypal account which was cloed months ago.. it was when a buyer recieved an item as described then claimed back their money through paypal even though they recieved the item as described.. I was searching google there and as far as i can find they r just a bunch of jokers.. The letter stated that i must pay with 7 days and the date on the leeter was 12th feb.. so i rang them and i said i wasnt paying and they were going to send someone round to my house.. As far as i can see this is jus a threat and no-one ever turns up.. how do i stop them sending me letters etc? anyone else had the same problem? |

best bet is to ask them for the account copies to show what u owe. the big problem is it will effect your credit rating as it will show as a defaulted judgement if left alone and they will eventually send bailiffs round if left as well.
