C902 Keeps turning itself off |

Yup, thats right, for some reason my C902 has just randomly started turning itself off, its fully charged but keeps shutting down?
Any suggestions? Im guessing i need to update the firmware? | |

Ok, the problem isnt as i first thought, the phone only turns its self off when it is dropped, but not from a great height, if i take it out my pocket and just drop it onto my bed then it goes off?
IS this going to be some sort of loose connection? |

Hi,
i have also been experiancing problems with my C902... seems that it randomly turns off and freezes during phonecalls as well.
I did the update service as suggested by the SOny Ericcson site and made sure i backed up all my data using the Pc suite.
Follwoing the update, i have successfully managed to restore all my contacts, calender etc information, but i cant see all my text messages on my phone despite being able to see them in the Pc suite messaging.
Is there a way that i can transfer all of these messages back to my phone as there is alot of information that i have saved as texts and use day to day.
Not sure if this is the right place to post this... but any help would be greatly appreciated  | |
