Hi,
I have a sony ericsson k810i. It just died on me the other day. When I turn it on the light comes on but the phone doesnt start up. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this or get it working again?
Wanted to try a hard reset but cant find how to do it!

i think the problem is the same with my phone.its so frustrating.my phone is only 7 month old |

Use SEUS to reflash your phone..

First take the battery out for two minutes. Then reinsert and charge overnite. Try to switch on in the morning.

Presumably a master reset will wipe all the information off the phone?
Would the other SEUS option wipe the information too?
