Hey guys,wondering if the viewty is worth buying right now??
Can someone tell me like the
Advantages and Disadvantages??
If i do get it,can i disable the internet connection?? or do i just not click on the internet button?? cos i heard on iphone your automaticlly connect to internet?? is it same with this phone??

Well i mean the web browser?? and i was wondering,can you unlock this phone by IMEI code? or you guys can't tell me

there is no problem with accessing the internet by mistake, if that's what you're worried about. the web browser link is on the shortcuts. to access the shorcuts and press the browser button, you have to pres the chevrons on the home page, and then click the web browser icon. not exactly something that can easily be done by mistake


it can be easily unlocked, provided you don't have certain firmware (eg firmware vg10 on orange)

if you are ok with texting using a touchscreen it is a good phone for you

@paul101, I always thought it was oldies like me that had trouble changing... but if oldies like me can adapt to touchscreen so easily and see the benefits then surely you youngsters can pick up on the benefits

mind you, this is a general comment having used the touch diamond, and the x1, and of course the iPhone. I haven't used the viewty so I have no idea how it compares with other touch screens

i see,any ideas how much i could get it for in small phone shops these days?? is LG cookie any good aswell?
