Hi Guys,
I'd like to ask you, how should we charge the T68's battery the first time we get the phone? All night without turn it on? or what?
And something else, how your T68's phone lasts after you charge it (normally)???

It is not necessary to charge it overnight. The phone will charge the battery up to its full and then stops charging it. So, it is irelevant how much time you leave the charger on.
The battery, theoritically, will last for 300 hours standby and something like 5-6 hours talking time. However, depending on the use, mine will last for 4-5 days standby and normal use.

I usually charge my phone every three days.
For a couple of weeks ago, I tried not to WAP, did not play any games, sent an average of 10 SMS pr. day, and talked aprox. 3-5 minutes a day. The battery lasted for seven (7!) days!

The battery is, unfortunately, crap. On 'normal use' (by my standards), I have to recharge every second day, in contract to my old Nokia 6210 which was about once a week |

My battery lasts approx 6-7 days including 3 min. talk pr. day, 4-5 min. wap and a couiple of sms.
When I use WAP more heavily (like 30 minutes pr.day) and talks for more than 15 minutes pr. day my T68 will last approx 4 full days.
I usually charge it every third day - and I'm more than satisfied with the battery power of my T68.
It easily outlasts the battey on the Nokia 6210 - so I can not quite understand the reply above.

ive had my phone since the first week of November and the battery life is now way less than the first 2 months now needs every 2-3 days before 4 days of intence use!! |
