This is my new second T68i which I lost it earlier.. I found out that the keypad light does not equally flash on the keypad. i found out that the keypad from 7,8,9,*,0,# is brighter than upper part keypad..Is it a default handset?? Can we send to service center to have a new one??

Mine is also perfect. Don't think they will replace you handset because one diode is brighter (even though in my opinion they should)

Authorized Service Centers here in the Philippines will change the lights for you... but only to the proper T68i diodes, or the bright amber ones on the T68m
