Maybe you knew about this: 64 MB Memorystick Duo (Magicgate) is available from Sony directly. You can find it on Sonystyle.com, in the accessories section. $69.95. If the direct link works:

Actually the 64MB is not really in stock, they have them listed for sale on teh Sony website, but they are not in yet. I ordered one, and then found out they are only pre-ordering and apparently they are already sold out for hte first shipping which should be by the end of the month

Then all we would need is a battery that could last long enough to permit the watching of a full length movie. But that would be cool

Don't hold your breath waiting for 1G Duo's. The P800 is only capable to use Duo's up to 128Mb as it is now. Perhaps a firmware upgrade will come, allowing us to use bigger Duo's with the P800, but that's not confirmed. 128Mb should be sufficient enough for a regular full length movie though..

Even tho i dont have 1 the P800, i think it was listed 2 maximum 128 only because at the time it was planned the max. Also 128 should be out about March. But 512MB Secure Digital is already available.

i thought the P800 can only handle the original memorystick DUO? the magicgate is a different format stick....its better to check its compatibility, i saw the sony website saying the 64MB normal duo will b out only in feb...
