Hello, my W850 was acting strange rebooting and hanging.
So I did a master reset and formatted the memory card just for good measure.
Now I have multiple instances of the same games/apps but nothing can be started (since they are all deleted, but still visible...)
I suspect a corrupt firmware but the one I have is the latest so the SE update tool wont let me.
Can I force it somehow? possibly downgrade first and then upgrade?
I just want to wipe it clean completely and start fresh.
Any suggestion would be welcome!
