As stated before, this is due to more rigorous testing by the UK networks.
A bit of pain but at least it means the worst bugs are usually fixed by the networks start supplying a phone. (e.g. 7210)

Febuary is the date I was given, not that it is a date, as I was given Septemper, October, November....erm...don't know, Q4,before xmas, Q1, Jan 17th, March....and the last one has been Feb.
