I need help with the K790 photos. I have used Raider's newest camdriver 6.6.2 in the following photos. The problem is that I get too much grains or noise (small-tiny red blue and green pixels like things all over the photo, that ruin the whole photo).

For example,

I used iso 400. 2sec. A bit of brightness and reduced sharpness.

And this pic was at ISO 1600. 2Sec. and all other at auto.

The following photo was shot indoor at night with good lighting conditions.
But still the grains are all over and noticable.

Settings were all at auto and Twighlight Potriat mode was selected.

BUT This photo was not shot by me but the conditions are similar. This photo was not shot by me. If you look at the photo there are no grains at all.

What is the making the difference?
Please dont say that I have dust under my lens. Well there is some but negligible. I have recently cleaned it too.

Another thing I would like to say. That this problem is not there in photos under broad daylight conditions. It only happens while shooting indoors.
When the conditions just drop a little my photos gets largely ruined.
For example if I had take this photo in this medium lighting conditions, the lower part of the photo (the darker region) would get full of noise.

Please help guys.

The very poor quality of the first 2 pics is because of High ISO I think. Small camera sensors on mobile phones cannot handle those very high ISO's with no noise. Try Lowering the ISO, about ISO100 or below.

You can't change the iso on K790/K800/K810/K818, only in the camera drivers I think. Well I can't anyway

Aww, sorry 'bout that.
So, try lowering the ISO on the camdriver itself.
But I think ISO can be controlled by pressing the buttons for EV's on the phone itself with modded camdrivers. ISO400 is too much IMHO since it has 2 secs. exposure time already.

This pic was shot at SEM mode (Short Enhanced Mode).
Results are good when only you use EM or SEM. Otherwise it is a ruin.
Thank you nnr3.
I think ISO was the factor. But one thing in surprise, dont you use Raider's camdrivr. Through it iso can be controlled manually, while shooting.

I will keep this thread updated, if I get some other problems.

consider the picture as mix of details and noise. all details are much better visible if you use long exposure time, there is no exception for noise, it will be much better visible too

if you keep noise at low level (like ISO100) it won't harm the picture but if you increase noise level (high ISO) then you know what will happen. there is no reason for which the camera should treat details and noise as different things

with 2s exposure time noise level is acceptable only up to ISO200
