I sold a mate my W910 a few months back and since he had it the phone has started crashng whenever he answers a call.
He has the latest F/W so I advised him to got to our nearest CPW repair centre and ask for a re-flash. I gave him the reciept to prove that the phone was under a year old, but I just got to thinking whether the rules had changed?

i think your warranty will be void, i experience also with that problem on my phone, it was a s/w error and they dont accept it as under warranty(the service center)
