*#7370# will do a full reset for you but it won't remove the security code...
only way is the way I've posted (well without legit ways)

you lot are off your rockers.
hash hash 002 hash will only cancel all diverts, it will NOT remove security codes...
As i've previously said NSS is the only way without paying a Nokia Service Centre to do it for you.
