I have my T68 almost 2 months and never noticed any problems with it..... Yesterday a friend of mine bought a 2 months old T68 from someone...... We were playing ripple with bluetooth and I noticed that by T68's screen does not produce clear white colour....
All the colours have a light layer of 'yellow' for example...... blue look a bit green!!!!!!!!

Checked the contrast in both phones... (menu contrast and services contrast and after giving the same value I still have this yellow layer

I noticed that we have 2 new moderators....
NICE JOB LAFFEN

if u tilt or turn ur t68 to the right, u'll get a yellowish tint. if u tilt it to the left u get more of a crisp bluey tint. if exactly looked in the middle, should be PURE white,

hi mathmos23, long time no see...

Did you leave the plastic cover on your screen for a long time, cos I heard that you can get a yellowish tint on your screen from that....

Yes!!!! Ejasim you are right.....The problem is that if I look straight in the screen I can see the yellowish..... To see the pure white I have turn in different angles.... TRUST me I tested it with other T68. I will return my T68 to the service point to change it....

No...When I bought the phone the first thing I did was to remove the plastic from the screen

@mathmos23,

Have you tried viewing your T68 screen in full darkness and see how it looks like? If white is not white, I believe this is a problem.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

FOR THE LAST TIME : !!!! I COMPARED MY T68 WITH 5 OTHER T68....... WHY ARE YOU STILL TRYING TO FIND A SOLUTION????? IT IS A PROBLEM AND I KNOW IT.....I JUST WROTE IT DOWN TO MAKE YOU LOOK FOR THE SAME PROBLEM ON YOUR T68....
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SAY IF YOUR WHITE COLOUR IS PURE WHITE IF YOU DON'T COMPARE IT WITH OTHER PHONES..... SO I CAN TELL YOU FOR SURE THAT THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE ANGLE I AM VIEWING THE PHONE AND NOT THE LIGHT INTENSITY......

...yes mathmos, you are absolutely right about that!
I have compared my T68 with other ones and my colour screen is PURE WHITE!
One of my friends the white was shown as a little bit yellow!
I believe it's a problem of your phone.

@mathmos23, then you have every valid reason to have it replaced. Because my phone's white is white and not yellowish or something else.

I have the same problem. My T68 screen shows yellowish colors. I compared it with my friend and his LCD SW version is different than mine, even though we have the same version of software. Maybe a LCD soft update might fix the problem?!?

Mathmos23, you said that you never had a problem with it before and Dan47 said that it becomes yellower after upgrading...
maybe it will change back when you upgrade it again to the MMS upgrade....

If you're happy with it anyway, it won't make much of a difference and I think the more they fiddle around with your phone, the worse it becomes...

If I was you, I'd wait...

I don't think lcd color varies depends on software version. My friend's lcd is a bit yellowish(R1B), I compared mine(R2A) with him, mine is clearer. After he upgraded his phone to R2A just recently, the color didn't change, still yellowish.
