I want to RESET my LOCK CODE can any one tell me how to do I tried with XS++ and it was not successful.

Did you read log-file carefully...!?
Take a look of CID-number!
It is 53!
...also is writen on top-side of program window!
XS++ can not work (yet) with CID over 52...

There is a guide how to patch your CID53 phone around this forum. Use the SIMLOCK patch generator or find an unlock patch phone for your CID53 firmware (check www.se-nse.com if there are any) and apply the unlock patch to your firmware by folowing the tutorial...

P.S. I'm not sure if there is such patch released for CID53... Haven't tried it, but there should be something...
