i have but when i download it in the rar folder, windows wont let me open the app after ive extracted it, ive got the other app which came with the download working, accept A2Uploader |

He may get that virus error and the antivirus app may preventing him to open the program.

Ah yes, which is a load of **** if i recall. 
Edit ur AV to ignore the exe.
