Hi everyone, i am now on my 3rd c905...and just when i thought i had a perfect one, another problem arises!!

It’s really strange, but every time i go into the location menu and go to status after about 4 seconds the screen just goes blank, and the phone re-set’s itself, so obviously it’s impossible for me to get any lock on satellites, as soon as it begins searching this happens!

Anyone else had this?

Use SEUS, and see if that helps

Yeah, seems like software problem to me too... You just use the update service from www.sonyericsson.com as mentioned before... Backup all data from phone (numbers, messages and etc...) and yout phone should be fine after updating the firmware.

Hi, before using SEUS, try doing a Master reset which you can do direct on your phone. Go into settings and it is under the 'General' tab at the bottom, if that don't work, then try SEUS

master reset will not help him probably.... Once upon a time I had D750 who reset himself when I was browsin' trough pics...

After that, the pic on where I been in gallery menu, when the phone resets, will be dark, and I never can see it again.

Pretty f**ked up. I try master reset, and new firmware, but problem was harder than that.

I solve the problem.... D750 was stolen, I buy k750. It has no problem at all.

I would send a letter to SE, with "best regards".... And ask them to send me another phone...FOR FREE !!

Otherwise I would publish in all world this crappy C905.
