Okey I have followed everyting exactly. When I go to connect my phone the program is not finding it for some reson. My computer is finding the phone but why is the program not?

Okey I found the driver that came with the program and installed it but the program still is not recognizing the phone. I think that im doing the whole c button thing wrong. So if some one could help me out. I will try again tomarow morning

Turn off phone. Remove battery. Insert battery. When prompted by SETool, insert USB cable holding 'C'. If flash drivers are installed correctly, SETool should recognize ur phone.
