you wont get too much with the theme. you'll need patches, elf's and the other things i mentioned.

Soon, anyone will be able to do this using Flash - and service providers, networks and hopefully the SE community will be developing all sorts of cool stuff.
I am not sure when SE will fully open up the UI to customisation, but they showed me a number of different layouts when I was in Lund - and this sort of thing is going to be awesome. Forget standard themes forever!!
