UK Networks - Which one to go with? |

I'm looking to go with a new UK Phone Network at the end of the month and was wondering if you guys would be able to help me with a few questions,
1). Out of the networks available which do you guys find has the best reception in the North of England - not Manchester, I mean the north like Newcastle down to Middlesbrough,
2). Which network do you find offers the best support if a problem occurs? I've been with T-Mobile for years and tbh they were a nightmare to deal with when i received a broken K810i, they even sent me a replacement that was used and had the Cybershot/T-Mobile logo totally removed from the handsets lower screen, it was a joke and i got 3 used handsets before they sent me a sealed new one,
3). At present I'm with T-Mobile and i have to say they possibly offer the worst handset range going, which network offers the best/newest handsets going And doesn't ask for an arm and a leg to get them?
4). And Possibly most importantly bang for buck so to speak, who offers the best tariffs Vs price at the moment and who have just revised there existing tariffs?
I think thats everything but if anyone wants to add to this then feel free

Personally I have found vodafone to be the best for customer service.
I have used T-mobile and o2.£
None of them compare, from my experience, I am not talking for a majority.
They (vodafone) frequently (every couple of months) contact me checking if I am happy with their service.
Ofetn offering me a better deal on my contract, to keep my bills nice and managable.
However I would say o2 have the best web deals.
Vodafone has the best across the board coverage.
Timobile has the highest web useage for your money.
I am sure their are more comparisons to add.

I would say O2 is a good network for those locations. What your best doing to see for yourself is getting a pay and go sim card on each network n just try the service really. This will save you trying out a network on a contract and canceling it within 14 days if you don't like it. Because each time you do that and go through a contract application process, you are credit checked each time. Or alternatively just try see if you can get mates who are on other networks to tell you how they think the coverage and service is. |
