was: can anyone help?
ive just bought a data cable (comm) when trying to use the send file program which was on the resource portal on this site it wouldnt detect the phone even though i had the ericsson mobile phone monitor, does anyone know what drivers or other software i mite need???

Try using/borrow other cable.might be defective.

im pretty sure the cable works, because when i connect the cable to my phone,the phone displays 'optimised charging' little bit mythed really |

i had the same problem with a usb cable and it diidn't detect the phone i now i have the SE pc cable and it works fine try installing the phone monitor again but if u have dun it rite the phone monitor should detect the phone first |
