Help! Has does anyone have avanquest update on there program files? They say it comes from PC suite?

Hi i was wondering if any one can check or has check threw there programs and seen a weird program called "avanquest update" ?
I have done research and seen not much on it other than it comes from SE PC suite... or something like that i tried searching for the files and found something that makes no sence?... something about Toshiba bluetooth searching and microsoft bluetooth searching... DOes this have anything to do with My SE PC suite?
