I've had my SE w960i for just over a year and the # button is no longer working which is a bit annoying when it comes to texting because I can't use the spacebar. Has this happened to anyone else and is there anything I can do to fix it? I just finished my vodafone contract and moved onto sim only 02 so I can't even send the phone to be fixed through an operator. Thanks for any help : )

I haven't dropped my phone but it might have been exposed to water which isn't good for the circuit I guess? The button is hardware, not on the touch screen so will a SE update help the situation?? I'm willing to give the update a go though.

This only lasted briefly as now it isn't functioning again. Does anyone know what this could be? Faulty/fragile circuit? It is driving me insane! - I hate using the touch keyboard to write messages... Thanks
