O2 - Its Officaily Upgrade Time |

Got an email off O2 saying its time to upgrade, and that i can online.
I had a shufty, at this site they gave me and well.
They can offere me: my current 12 month ccontract (400 Mins, 1000Txts) and the SE C905 For free.
bit of a bargain, but i thought i could get a litle more? maybe?
Im currently paying £30 for that, then £5 insurance on top.
Think i can stretch anything else out of them? |

Go through retentions you get a lot more than via upgrade.

what tout hink theyll offer through retentions, if tehyre offering me that on the upgrade?

Not sure what they will offer, I got loads more through retentions than upgrade.
On upgrade I just got a new phone, retentions gave me a new phone 2 gig memory card 5 months free line rental, 200 sms/mms message a month for the year, all for the same £25 500mins a month.

Try and get them to add the data too ontop of that tis a good deal for £30
I mean for £30 ive got 150mins, 500 texts and 500MB data on Vodafone!

Miss UK is that your new deal you got? Is Vodafone same then as O2 with 500mb per month? Orange now do 500mb per month on contracts. |

I looked in Orange's brochure and on their sim only deals over £30 they include data im sure. Oh well.

So was I on a 12 month contract, I won't go over to 18 month, got to be worth a try.

Gunna give them a bell tommrrow, see what they can actually offer.
Im hoping for the C905, and getting that free would be a bonus.
If i ring up, what number? and how do i et through to retentions? |

Just ring 202, free of charge from your O2 contract mobile. Press the right buttons to go through to the bit about 'if your thinking of leaving O2' etc and say you've seen a better deal elsewhere, and tell them you want to see if they can beat it before you leave.

i think ill ring upgrade line first, tell em that i can basically get this and that from orange: ive done reserach:
600 Mins + Unlim txts + SE C905 = £25 A Munth - Orange
750 Mins + Unlim Txts + SE C905 = £29 A month - Orange
700 Mins + Unlim Txts + SE C905 = £30 A month - T-Mobile
600 Mins + Unlim Txts + SE C905 = £25 A month - Vodafone
Saw some one who go thropugh to retentions and got:
Free C905
600 Mins
1000 Txts
1 x Bolt On
For £20 A Month
