Hello,
Has anyone contacted Sony Ericsson in more then one country? I'm looking for opinons of support (phone, chat, email) between the two countries.
Have you had any experience with support in the USA/Canada? This is where I am located, and I'm looking for an outside prespective.
Where your questions/comments/concerns solved? If not, did you foresee the companies inability to address your request (was it something "impossible" for any company to do?)?
Overall, what was your experience with Sony Ericsson versus previous mobile phone manufacturers?
