Open the slider to make holding it easier, and have the phone upside down with the top of the slider pointing towards you. Hold the phone by putting pressure on the cover 3/4 of the way up, and then push away from your body.

Thanks I got it. Damn thing.
The manual is crap it could show you where to put your fingers!. I was pressing nearer to the camera. |
