u can change the icon by using patch..google it for tutorial

before u start patching ur phone u must apply quick acces patch

is it possible that i can change the battery and signal icons without patching? like copy and paste to the FS? just like when u change ur menu icons that u will just put in the FS. |

Yep, two ways to change graphics, both involves patching;
SYSGFX method and normal patch.
Sysgfx uses the hex codes from the main like EC54 etc. These pngs are placed in a folder in the phone and can be changed really easily.
