Can you 'Back-Up' a Windows Mobile? |

Can you 'Back-Up' a Windows Mobile, or if you get a problem, can your restore it to a previous state, like you can on a 'normal' normal Windows OS, or do you just have to soft/hard reset. Hard reset obviously wipes it 
Is not, is there a back-up utility anyone can recommend?

Yes you can backup just like a desktop computer.
I use Spb Backup, some have recommended Sprite. I'm sure there are many others. Go to a Windows Mobile software site and search Backup. | |
