I was with them for a year and they were excellent. (I'm with 3UK now and they don't come close.) Good CS. Well priced data services. I'd move back tomorrow if I could. :)

I've got friends and family on the network and it's not bad for them. I still prefer my O2 though . I'd say go for it, their reception is not bad either.

I've had horrid experiences with them, mixed reactions from others though

I was with them for over 6 years and would have to say I had a decent experience with them... Never had any network issues.... and CS was always decent.
Remember this is my view...
Cheers

Well i had a pre pay number with them for 8 months. I had no problems with them good customer service and reliable network. I also found their 3G coverage to be better than their GSM signal wise in many places. I only left to try other networks. The number i had with them though ended with 666 though it turned out not to be a bad omen lol. Good luck. |

Please do not rely on their Street Checker in store though i would use it as you have a return policy then. Reason i say it is cos its not always reliable first check using a T Mobile sim in your area before commiting to make sure you do have coverage. I have heard a few cases where the in store Street Checker says they have coverage when they get home they dont. |

When I was with Vodafone, they started to charge for Picture Messages, instead of taking them from my allowance, but not sure if its still the same.
