K850 Turns off by itself |

Hello there!!
I have a problem with my K850, I hope you can help me. The movile turns off by itself whenever it wants, specially when it is in my pocket or taking a picture, maybe 20 times per day. I was trying to get a new better software but the Sony CD Program that came into the movile box, gives me a problem when it is installing the new software, and when I try to get the software over the ''movile internet'' the movile says it has the most recent software, but I do not think so because I have this device since december 2006. hey buddy i think you mean you got it around december 2007, the k850i definetly didn't exist in '06 
anyway go to settings->update service->software version and tell me what it says
Is your device an unbranded version?
If it is unbranded the latest firmware available will be r1fa035. If it isn't just give us a yell and we'll see wat can be done since u said u were having trouble wif the software |
