Like many of you here i have experienced many problems with se phones.
Everyone complains about se phones (poor build quality etc), why dont you just wait for the phone to come out then read pleanty of user reviews, then wait and see when the problems have been resolved then get the phone. You can say you didnt expect problems but we all know every se phone (specifically A200) that is realesed has a problem be it build or software. And by waiting it will more likely benifit you, you wont have to wait in the reair queses for hours on end, you wont be inconvieninced and the phone will have probably dropped a bit in price.
I did this before getting W910 we all know probs (freezing etc) i waited and waited (5months) until i found all problems have been resolved then i bought the phone i saved £150 and had no problems what so ever. I have recentley bought a C902 (6months after production started) and there is nothing wrong with it what so ever as all problems have been resolved and i saved £120 due to price drops.
Anyway does any one here wait as well?? |

Nope, lol
I got the K850 when it first came out couldn't wait to get it.
And I know if I wait then a new phone will come out that I want. I guess you've just gotta live with the fact that all new SE phones have problems, which is a shame. I would move brands but there's something about SE that I really like and I think they have the best UI in terms of ease of use. I am waiting for the W705 but will wait a few weeks or something and read some reviews, although longer term problems such as firware issues won't be picked up in the reviews. |

i have a better solution - avoid sony ericssons like the plague if you want a trouble free phone.
i was warned about getting a sony ericsson due to the huge number of problems with them as far back as 5 years ago from a repair technician/tester at orange. i very nearly got the t610, and glad i didn't after reading user reviews shortly afterwards

Wel being a student on a part time job i've never been able to afford high end phones at release date.
But if i did have a good deal of money i have to say, when you want something, you've been waiting for it and you know that you can FINALLY walk into a shop and walk out with one( or order one), the temptation is pretty high. I don't think i would have the patience to wait, given that money wasn't a problem |

Shhh!!!
What the bloody-hell do you think you're doing m8! Let them get the phones before us, how ELSE are we to know about the bugs?
Hee Hee!
But seriously, that is a good idea. I always wait before getting a phone. Did this with the K850 and look at all the trouble it saved me. I haven't had an SE device since the W850.
N95-4 and N95-3 are fantastic! I agree with the fact that the SE interface is unrivaled. At least in my opinion.
N97, G2-G3 or a finely tuned SE will be my next choices. The N97 looks appealing as heck, but it doesn't have that SE "warmth" to it.

same here, i wait a few months before buying the phone that i want. newly released units are usually overpriced and/or buggy.

the problem with me is i wait a very long time for the phone and read alot about tee phones review. after reading alot of these reviews i get soo put off with it, i dont end up buying the phone, instead i continue to use my k750i, which in my mind is one of the best, non problematic quality phones SE has ever made. WHY dont sony just make phones like they used to, sturdy and nice to hold |
