Sony Ericsson W980, Streaming video, YouTube, HELP! |

Hi all.
I need help and I hope you could help me. I bought a Unlocked Sony Ericsson W980 last week and I love it. The problem is that it has trouble streaming videos. Especially when you go on Youtube. It can download normally and stuff and I can play the video on my phone (like MyWaves), but it can't "stream" videos (like Youtube).
I called my service provider (ATT formally Cingular), and they have trouble finding an answer. Then I tried Sony Ericsson Support and did the email setup, mms setup, and browser setup. Nothing worked. Finally called their customer support and they finally told me that the W980 isn't made for streaming.
I know this is a lie because I've read a ton of reviews and previews for this phone and none of them said that it isn't made for streaming. Is there a program that I have to download to make it steam correctly? Any settings that I missed? Anything will help. This is one last obstacle I need to take care of then my life is complete
Oh. You wanna hear something funny? My service provider also said that I can't use the internet on my phone.........proved them wrong. HAHA!!!!
Any help is very appreciated.

@kirbyg99: Is there an option on Settings>Connectivity for streaming? If there is, select the data account that you are using for Internet browsing and then put no on the proxy. By the way, are you using a mobile web browser application when going to YouTube or are you just using the default browser of your phone? By the way you can also try the YouTube Mobile App that centur suggested.

Thanks guys for replying.
Centur: I just downloaded Youtube.jar app on my phone and it can't show anything while playing.
dennevhyn_31: I am using the default web browser that the phone came with. The phone does have the streaming settings on the option. I went to where you told me. The proxy is on. So, I switched it to "off".
Hmm. Looks like that doesn't work either. Should I reset everything and then uh...........start over and install stuff?

Yah you can try deleting every internet setting on your phone then redownload it. But i think you won't be able to watch youtube videos on your phone because there's no streaming option on your phone. It means that you're phone is not capable of streaming videos.
