how to use "additional_shortcuts.vkp" |

1. I can see the long press shortcut assignment, but when i long press, i cant open the assigned shortcut ... I just copied the .vkp file. should i do some thing else ??
2. And "Privacy_V3Fix_K800_R8BF.vkp" is good tried the "confidentiality.vkp" but for some reason i get mismatch error.
3. Can't the MASTER RESET be password protected ??

And what is ELF ?? and VKP ?? are they two different ???

1. Did u apply softkey_hook also?
2. Confidentiality and Privacy are same thing!  thats reason for mismatch.
3. Master Reset is already password protected
Elfs are "Executable Linkable Format" files a bit like exe files.

1. Yes i installed the softkey_hook.vkp - I dont know how to use it.
3. I can go to the MASTER RESET without any PASSWORD. it asks me whether i want to continue. I once RESET the settings without any password. Are You sure it will ask me for PASSWORD after clicking "CONTINUE" , i just cant risk it 
4.well i understood from your post now, that ELF is an executable file.
can these be used by my mobile ? and what about the so called GFX things ??
5. for some patches there are .png files. should those file too be copied ??
6. After patching my mobile and Exiting the FAR MANAGER, If i need to apply another patch, can i directly go to bflash and copy or do the entire setup from step 6 ?? and should i use the EXECUTER from the games every time ? What if some one open the EXECUTER when i'm not present ? its not safe isn't it ??
7.How to use this patch :"Necromancy_Player_by_xctrb2s". This contains lot of .png files should i copy all the png files? or only the .vkp files ?
8. Sorry for so many questions . . . Its clear that I know the least here. Please let me know solutions.. Thank You !!

1. Having installed the two patches and deleted... tpa / system / settings / dyn_shortcut.dat
Then you should be able to see larger menu in Menu-> Settings-> General-> Shortcuts and assign to them.
3. I'm pretty sure that if you have a phone lock password set, it asks for it when you do a full reset. I can't be sure cos it was ages since I did one!
4. Elfs can be used in your phone (I have six running now). And "The so called GFX things" you mean are graphics patches. Things like changing battery/signal and other stuff you see in your phone. IMGtoolDB2020 is one of the tools used to create those.
5. As far as I know there are no patches that come with pngs. What your seeing are the pngs you can use for the SYSGFX patch (pngs have file names like E5AB.png. E5AB is the images hex number) its used instead of using GFX patches and is an easier and quicker way of changing GFX.
6. Just use BFlash
7. Refer to No.5! (vkps for patching GFX, pngs if you want to use SYSGFX patch)
8. No bother, if you don't ask questions, you don't learn anything.

As for the shortcuts , i can see increased menu. but when i long press, it goes to the same as the short press ...
any way its not so important... Only i wonder if there is any patch that which can open Default browser for short press and Mediaplayer for Long press with the operator key ...
And once again Thank you very much... Now i understood how to apply patches... Now i need to learn about GFX and ELF things ... (which means i'll be irritating still more time)
