what do you mean by proxy? you need proxy for privacy purposes? or do you need internet settings?

For the internet accounts parameters you should ask your operator (if I get what you are looking for).  Anyway, they may have it on your operator's page or you can search on www.sonyercssion.com. There are some internet settings available.

Orange (formerly known as Cellplus) doesn't provide Internet services but only WAP. I don't know about Emtel services.
Below the WAP settings for Orange
APN: either 'wap3g' or 'orangeworld' (both work)
Proxy IP: 10.20.3.9
Port: 8080
Username: mmsc
Password: mmsc

No you can't browse use MMS settings for wap.
Below the MMS settings if you need it:
APN: orangemms
Proxy IP: 10.2.1.20
Port: 8080
Username: mmsc

(1) Create a data account
Settings - Connectivity- Data Comm. - Data Accounts
Name: Orange GPRS
APN: orangeworld
Username: mmsc
Password: mmsc
#Save
(2) Create an internet profile
Settings - Connectivity- Internet Settings - Internet profiles
Name: Orange GPRS
Connect Using: Orange GPRS
#Save
#Edit the profile to add the following
Use Proxy: Yes
Proxy Address: 10.20.3.9
Port Number: 8080
Username: mmsc
Password: mmsc
#Save
