T28s/T29s reliability |

My first T28s became out of order within few months; was replaced at customer service with new one. The story repeated and the piece was replaced with new one, high-tech mobile, named T29s. Now it is also damaged - the battery emptyies within few hours. And, finally, I know: no more Ericsson mobile! |

Hmmmm very strange cause T28s is a very good phone .... Maybe go to another place to repair it, it seems that they don't know a thing |

Actually, all batches from the 1st and a half year of existence, the t28 sucked bip time in sw,hardw and battery features!it took quite a few updates but when they finished it was OBSOLETE!now it's good but no1 buys it.the t29 has the same battery probs and signal is virtually nonexistent no matter how many updates!

Sorry, neither T28s nor T29s are reliable mobiles. Two T28s were replaced by local service; third one (T29s) also became worn-out within 1 year (battery is OK, checked) - repair means in this case renowing the "mainboard" (they name it...).
And, in addition, www.ericsson.se customer service is a joker, sending exclusively confirmation of claims from automatic desktop.
So, what I'm going to do is NO MORE ERICSSON - just simple solution.
