My girlfriend is looking at getting a Sidekick Slide which is unlocked and wants to use it on Orange.
Obviously new the phone is on T-Mobile and we just want to know whether there are going to be any restrictions with using it on Orange?
I have heard that MMS and GPRS can be a problem because ther settings arent available but can any one correct me or confirm this?

Afaik, she'll be able to make calls, but she can't use MMS and/or GPRS, as the settings are locked to T-Mobile and it's not possible to change them or add settings from another network.
My experience is with Sidekicks, imported from the US though, is the one your girlfriend wants to buy from the UK ? This might be different then.

You have pretty much confirmed what I have heard from other sources as well. The Slide was going to be second hand so im not sure of its origin.
