Sorry did not quite get your first sentence. U basically flashed a k550 to w610 right?
Try flashing back to k550. And u forgot the first rule of flashing, BACK UP GDFS BEFORE DOING ANYTHING!

well i already did that same problem
i'm ususlly mod, unlock, and repair the hardware and software of motorola phone so i think it would be the same procedure, and i never back up with motorola well now i see sony is different
i think my gdfs is damage so i think i need to repair it and a imei patch i think no sure. but that wat a motorola would want. and yeah my phone is a w610i not k550 i just flashed it with the conversion pack to see if it would reset the user code

Well it would not reset the code. Xs can do that without flashing firmware. Flash it back to w610 and leave it alone. The warning ur getting with XS about the IMEI not matching is nothing to worry about and should be ignored.
DO NOT MESS WITH THE GDFS!

Sony Ericssons are not the same as Motorola.

I DOUBT THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE IMEI. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN "IMEI PATCH" for SE phones. Do what i suggested in previous post before u kill ur phone.
